As a china replacement and matching company, we mainly sell discontinued china and pottery tableware.

We keep a large stock of discontinued patterns and current dinnerware and teaware from a wide range of leading makers such as Royal Doulton, Royal Albert, Wedgwood, Paragon, Royal Grafton, Denby, Johnson Brothers, BHS and Marks & Spencer.

We aim to provide perfect and near perfect items and inspect each piece carefully. Some items are discounted if there are minor imperfections . These are detailed within descriptions.

how to order

If you have found your china replacement in our stock, please fill in the order form, submit it and we will contact you as soon as we can. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can order your china over the phone.

We promise to protect your personal information and privacy. None of your personal details will be divulged to any third party under any circumstances.

how to pay  

WE ACCEPT major credit cards and debit cards from UK and overseas customers over the telephone. UK customers can also pay by personal cheque or postal order. If you wish to pay through PayPal we can send you a PayPal invoice.

CHEQUES should be made payable to Chinalovers-Replacements while postal orders should be payable to L Hooley and sent to:

shipping and insurance

We arrange all shipping and insurance unless you request otherwise and buyers pay all costs. We charge Royal Mail and Parcel Force prices and a small packing charge.

Please note, insurance does not cover breakages and that is why we pride ourselves on our packing to ensure your china arrives safely.

We ship goods within three days of receipt of payment but we cannot guarantee the date of delivery for overseas customers.

refunds

We promise a full refund for all breakages but reserve the right to request detailed photographs of the damaged item. If the goods are lost in transit we also give a full refund after the insurance claim is met.

If you are simply not happy with the goods, we are open to discussion about a full or partial refund.
